The Osservatorio di Pavia organized a training course for the HCC – High Council for Communication of Chad in Media Monitoring. The training focused in particular on the analysis of political pluralism, misconducts in the electoral campaign, and analysis of the image of women.
The course was made possible with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through its Electoral Assistance Project in Chad (PACET).
