Driving the Change: diversity, equity, and inclusion in the media industry

We are pleased to announce the upcoming of two training events open to the public and completely free of charge, organized by Osservatorio di Pavia as part of the European project Advancing Diversity & Inclusion in Journalism (AD&IJ).

We have the valuable support of partners with whom it has been a pleasure to build this path: COPEAM, IFJ, Fondazione Diversity e Fundación Diversidad.

AD&IJ was born from the desire to promote diversity and inclusion in European journalism, involving entities that have long been engaged in reflections on these topics in their respective countries. The objective is to develop good practices together to support newsrooms in covering news related to diversity and to increase internal awareness within media companies, focusing on policies and HR issues.

The first two webinars, followed by two live events in Madrid and Milan next autumn, are scheduled for June 17th and 26th, and you can already register for free. Here are all the details:
