The Osservatorio di Pavia organized a training course for HAICA (Tunisian Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication) and ISIE (Tunisian Independent Higher Authority for Elections) in institutional communication through social networks and the web. The course was created with the support of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) through its Electoral Assistance Project in Tunisia (PAET), and financial support from the United Kingdom.
